Services based on sympathy

• "Services based on sympathy" are services that you can provide at your discretion, without canceling the entire session. When meeting with a client, you will be given the option to either provide or not provide the "sympathy service."

• Currently, "services based on sympathy" only include "additional services." Services that are included in the rate cannot be categorized as such.

• If the client decides to cancel the session due to your refusal to provide the "sympathy service," this will be taken into account during the dispute process. The client has been informed in advance that they chose the "sympathy service."

• "Offers" are, by default, considered sympathy services. However, in the event of a dispute, the administration will review the context of the service and make a decision based on the specific circumstances of the case.
