Calendar and work schedule
The calendar manages work schedules and sessions.
Work schedule
Before we dive into how the calendar and sessions work, we should first set up the work schedule:
Select a day from the top to set up the work schedule
Click on "Set up" next to "Booking time"
The schedule setup screen will open. First, you need to indicate that the selected day is a working day by toggling the "Work day" switch.
Set the working hours.
Specify the break time you would like after a session. We recommend 30 minutes, as sometimes a client may run late, and the next one may be approaching, leaving insufficient time for preparation..
By default, breaks are disabled for 30-minute "Express" sessions. You can enable breaks for "Express" sessions by toggling the switch.
Break time – long breaks for lunch, sleep, or other activities on the specified days.
Work area or address: specify the exact address where you will meet the client or the location from which you will depart. (The client will not see the full address information until they arrive).
Meeting place: you can work simultaneously in the "At my location" and "On-site" directions. Set it up according to how you want to work.
You can turn off or change the prices of tariffs for any working day.
"At my location" setting: when "No outsiders" is enabled, it means there are no friends, guests, etc., in your apartment. If there are outsiders, turn off "No outsiders," and the client will be informed during booking that you won’t be alone when they arrive for the session.
"On-site" setting:: Please specify where you are ready to travel. Indicate the distance from your address within which instant booking is available. (Requests beyond this distance will be placed in 'new requests')."
You can turn off or change the prices of additional services.
You can change the "default description" for specific workdays.
Click "Save for selected day" or "Apply to other dates" if you want to set the settings for a group of days.
Shifts
To set up the schedule, you need to use shifts. You can purchase shifts individually or in bundles, which is often more cost-effective. One shift equals one configured day.
You can purchase a shift in your personal account by clicking on "Buy shift."
Calendar
In the calendar, you can view the session load for your workdays.
By switching between days, you can view the "session cards" and "occupied time slots."
New requests
If "instant booking" is disabled or the request doesn't meet the requirements for instant booking (e.g., the client is new, has a rating below 4 stars, or the location is far), it will appear on the "new requests" page.
You can view the order details for the request
You can accept or decline the request at your discretion.
Session cards
In the calendar, sessions are displayed as cards and contain the following elements:
Session status.
Client information: avatar, username, ethnicity, age, weight, gender.
A button to open the chat with the client.
Information about the address and address type, in case the session is a "home visit."
The "Direct Payment" tag, if the session is paid directly to you.
Start time, end time, and duration of the session.
Session cost.
Session card management.
By clicking on the area near the client's avatar, you can go to the client's profile page and see what "compliments" other employees have left for the client.
By clicking on the status, you can go to session management or the order details, depending on the session status.
By clicking on the chat icon, you will be redirected to the conversation with the client.
