Rating and compliments

You can receive ratings and compliments from employees only if the payment was made through a "secure transaction".

At first, you are assigned the status of "newcomer," and instant booking will be disabled. However, after successfully completing your first session, you will receive a rating based on the employee's evaluation.

  • If your rating is 4 stars or higher, you will gain access to more profiles, instant booking will become available, and employees will prioritize your sessions.

  • Если ваш рейтинг падает ниже 4 звезд, вы лишаетесь возможности моментального бронирования.

  • If your rating falls below 4 stars, you will lose the ability for instant booking.

Compliments to the client

The employee can choose up to 4 compliments for the client at the end of the session:

  • Neat

  • Polite

  • Punctual

  • well maintained

You will not see these compliments, but employees will be able to visit your profile and view your rating and the compliments left by other employees.
